Improving your home is a big step and has so many wonderful benefits – from increasing overall value to providing a more functional and comfortable space for you and your family to enjoy. Whatever your reasons for wanting to remodel, you want to be sure that you receive the results you expect through a relatively stress-free process. So, when only the best will do, hire Scottsdale’s most trusted kitchen and bath remodeler, Fallone Kitchen & Bath! And, know that owners Gary and Robin will treat your project no differently than if it were their own.
Researching kitchen and bath remodelers can be stressful in and of itself though. Here is a high-level view of our typical process when working with homeowners on their kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling project. We are fully transparent with you throughout the project so you will know what to expect along the way.
We will discuss the goals and vision you have for your project, as well as your budget. We will also provide you with a list of reference and all our credentials to give you peace of mind about our company’s reputation.
We are happy to provide you with a preliminary design before you commit to working with us for a modest retainer. We will provide you with a 3D rendering of your kitchen and walk through each element of the design to ensure it’s in line with your vision.
This protects both the homeowner and our company. Be leery of contractors that do not require contracts.
This is the fun part! We will invite you to join us in our boutique showroom to select cabinets, hardware, countertops, etc. We can also accompany you to our supplier’s showrooms if you feel you need more of a selection.
Once your project starts we will provide you with timelines and updates along the way. Also, rest assured, we are one of the cleanest remodelers in the Valley. We take pride in ensuring your house is disrupted as little as possible throughout the process.
Once complete, we will walk you through all the new features of your kitchen and/or bathroom and get your final “sign-off.”
